Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is driving a landmark Vision 2030 giga project to build a premier entertainment, culture, and lifestyle destination in Saudi Arabia. The Assistant Manager - External Programs & Policies (Local Content) leads local content integration, supplier development, and policy compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in local content management, policy implementation, or supplier development.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Public Policy, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management advantageous.
• Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia local content policies and Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian business environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local content strategies aligned with Vision 2030 and national objectives.
• Monitor local content regulations and ensure compliance.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and analysis related to local content performance and impact.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain to embed local content targets into operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare for audits and liaise with government authorities.
• Provide guidance and training on local content requirements and best practices.
