Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Manager - External Programs & Policies (Local Content) to lead local content strategy, supplier development, and regulatory compliance for the landmark destination project in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires a minimum of 9 years in local content or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong English while Arabic is a plus. You will work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to advance Vision 2030 initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in local content management, policy implementation, or supplier development.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred but not mandatory.
• Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP are preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a strong asset; experience in Saudi business environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy local content strategies aligned with Vision 2030 and PIF objectives.
• Monitor local content regulations and ensure compliance across projects.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain to embed local content targets.
• Coordinate audits, liaise with government/regulatory bodies, and train teams.
