Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is spearheading a Vision 2030 giga project in Riyadh, building a premier destination for entertainment and lifestyle. We seek an Assistant Manager - External Programs & Policies (Local Content) to drive local content integration, supplier development, and regulatory compliance.

This role collaborates with procurement, supply chain, and government bodies to embed targets, monitor laws, maintain documentation, and provide guidance to teams on local content requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is advantageous.
• 6+ years of experience in local content, policy implementation, or supplier development.
• Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi local content policies and Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Excellent English; Arabic proficiency is a strong asset.
• Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or urban development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local content strategies aligned with national objectives.
• Monitor local content regulations and ensure company-wide compliance.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and analysis of local content performance.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain to embed local content targets.
• Coordinate with government agencies and other stakeholders for supplier growth.
• Provide guidance and training on local content requirements to teams.
