Job summary

Construction company in Riyadh is seeking a sales professional specializing in lighting and lighting control systems. You will develop new business with contracting and MEP companies, identify opportunities, and drive sales from inquiry to closing.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience in lighting or related electrical products, strong relationships with contractors, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in lighting lighting control systems or related electrical products.
• Proven experience dealing directly with contracting companies and MEP contractors.
• Good knowledge of lighting products and lighting control systems.
• Experience in identifying new projects and generating sales opportunities.
• Strong relationships with contractors and project decision-makers are highly preferred.
• Ability to follow projects from initial inquiry and quotation through negotiation and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi construction and contracting market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with contracting and MEP companies.
• Generate new leads and identify active and upcoming projects.
• Promote lighting and lighting control solutions.
• Follow up on quotations, project requirements, negotiations and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate internally with the technical and pricing teams.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
