Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our Engineering team in Riyadh. You will perform maintenance, inspections, defect rectification and certification on our Boeing 787 and Airbus A320 fleets, ensuring compliance with regulatory and manufacturer standards.

You will lead and coach maintenance personnel, support line operations, and promote a Just Culture while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards for airworthiness and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in aircraft maintenance or equivalent.
• GACA/EASA or other CAA maintenance license.
• 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience.
• Recent certifying experience within licence category.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, defect rectification on fleet.
• Carry out modifications, troubleshooting and certification activities.
• Maintain airworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
• Lead and train maintenance personnel and promote a Just Culture.
