Riyadh Air is seeking experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our Engineering team. You will perform maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, modifications, troubleshooting, and certification on Boeing 787 and Airbus A320 fleets, ensuring compliance with regulatory and manufacturer standards.

You will lead and coach maintenance personnel, support line operations, and promote a Just Culture while maintaining the highest safety and airworthiness standards across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent.
• Valid GACA/EASA/CAA Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Boeing 787 and/or Airbus A320 Level III Type training (practical and theoretical).
• Last five years aircraft maintenance experience records (logbook) stamped and signed by MRO/Operator QA.
• Recency letter from current and previous employers outlining scope of work and duration, stamped and signed by MRO QA.
• Current and previous Certification Authorisations issued by Operators and/or MROs.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, modifications, troubleshooting and certification activities on Boeing 787 and Airbus A321 fleets.
• Carry out and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft systems, structures, cabin interiors, avionics and engines.
• Supervise and coach maintenance personnel; support line maintenance operations.
• Promote a Just Culture and ensure incidents are reported through the Safety Management System.
