Job summary

Riyadh Air in Riyadh seeks experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join its Engineering team. You will perform maintenance, inspections and defect rectification on Boeing 787 and Airbus 321 fleets, ensuring work adheres to regulatory requirements and manufacturer documentation.

You will supervise maintenance personnel, support line operations, and promote a Just Culture to preserve airworthiness and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent.
• Valid GACA / EASA or other CAA Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Boeing 787 and/or Airbus A320 Level III Type training (practical and theoretical).
• Last five years of aircraft maintenance records, stamped and signed.
• Recency letter from current/previous employers detailing scope and duration.
• Current and previous Certification Authorisations issued by Operators/MROs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, modifications and troubleshooting.
• Certify activities in compliance with regulatory requirements and manufacturer docs.
• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on systems, structures, cabin, avionics, engines and components.
• Lead and coach maintenance personnel; promote Just Culture and report incidents via SMS.
