Job summary

Riyadh Air is recruiting Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our Engineering team. You will perform maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, modifications, troubleshooting, and certification on our Boeing 787 and Airbus A321 fleet, ensuring compliance with regulators and manufacturer documentation.

You will lead and coach maintenance personnel, support line operations, promote a Just Culture, and maintain airworthiness and high safety standards across the fleet.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience, including certifying experience.
Diploma or certificate in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent.
Valid GACA / EASA or other CAA Aircraft Maintenance License.
Boeing 787 and/or Airbus A320 Level III training (practical and theoretical).

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, modifications, troubleshooting and certification on Boeing 787 and Airbus A321 fleets.
Lead and coach maintenance personnel; support line maintenance operations and promote a Just Culture.
