Job summary

The Place BC is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee end-to-end leasing activities for our properties in Riyadh. You will identify tenants, conduct tours, negotiate leases, and coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to close deals.

A strong focus on relationship-building, timely follow-ups via Nexudus CRM, accurate record-keeping, and staying ahead of market trends to maximize occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential tenants through leads, proactive marketing and networking efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and conduct property tours to showcase available spaces.
• Lead lease negotiations with prospective tenants, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
• Collaborate with the Head of the Department, legal and financial teams to finalize lease agreements and address any concerns or modifications.
• Oversee lease administration tasks, including lease documentation, rent collection, and lease renewals.
• Ensure all lease agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing inquiries, prospects, and leasing activity.
• Utilize Nexudus CRM to track leads and follow up with potential tenants promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to coordinate leasing efforts and ensure a seamless process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to encourage renewals.
• Address prospective tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, striving to exceed expectations and foster tenant satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing cost-effective strategies to achieve leasing goals.
• Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Use market insights to adapt leasing and pricing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.
