Amazon Inc. is seeking a Learning Business Partner (Saudi Nationals Only) for the Fulfillment Center in Jeddah. You will lead a team of Learning Associates and a Learning Specialist, owning site-wide training programs from needs analysis to execution and evaluation.

Collaborate with MEATR and site leadership to deploy scalable training, drive safety compliance, and improve performance. You will analyze data, create content, and tailor coaching for leadership development in a fast-paced FC

• Identify coaching solutions to improve quality and productivity.
• Align leadership development plans with business needs and audit training content.
