Job summary

Four Principles is seeking a Manager with extensive consulting experience to lead a team of consultants and analysts. You will drive Lean initiatives, help clients transform operations, and deliver sustainable performance improvements across complex projects.

Required experience includes 4-5 years in management consulting, with strong Lean tool knowledge and bilingual English-Arabic capabilities. A Bachelor's degree is essential, MBA is a plus, and long hours are common in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• MBA or related postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• 4-5 years of management consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and manage a team of consultants and analysts.
• Design and implement Lean solutions to transform client organisations.
• Develop junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Take accountability for project performance and address issues promptly.
• Introduce change and manage client expectations across hierarchy.
• Support business development and client acquisitions.
• Contribute to expanding Lean Management concepts and tools.
