Job summary

Four Principles is seeking an Associate Director with extensive consulting experience to lead a team of consultants and analysts on Lean and operations transformation projects. You’ll guide clients through complex challenges, ensure sustainable results, and support business development across client engagements.

The role requires 5–6 years in management consulting, fluency in English with native Arabic, and strong Lean tool knowledge. MBA is a plus, with on-site work in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• Fluent English and native Arabic are required.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel) expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects and manage a team of consultants and analysts.
• Advise clients and design Lean solutions that transform organisations.
• Develop junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure project performance and address issues promptly.
• Assist in client acquisitions and support senior management with BD.
• Contribute to evolving Lean concepts, tools and products.
