Job summary

Four Principles is seeking a consultant to drive digital transformation initiatives in a client-facing role. You will structure analyses, collaborate with senior teams, and help define transformation roadmaps and digital strategies for clients in Riyadh.

The candidate will synthesize complex data into actionable insights, prepare compelling reports, and contribute to workshops and client discussions to guide change management and solution implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting role.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills to structure analyses and reports.
Knowledge of digital transformation frameworks and IT governance.
Understanding of emerging technologies (AI, RPA, IoT, Cloud, etc.).

Responsibilities

Work closely with senior consultants and managers to develop digital transformation strategies.
Conduct business process analysis and propose data-driven digital solutions.
Participate in client meetings and workshops, contributing to discussions and insights.
Take ownership of structuring analyses and storylines to communicate key findings.
Assist in the implementation of digital solutions and support change management initiatives.
Develop strong client relationships by presenting findings in a clear and structured manner.
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives.
Contribute to reports and presentations by translating complex information into clear insights and visual representations.
