Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا is seeking an experienced Invoice Matching Team Lead to oversee daily invoice matching, reconciliation, and team coordination within a fast-paced warehouse environment in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience in invoice matching, AP, or related supply chain operations, with strong leadership and meticulous verification of quantities, prices, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of invoice matching and AP experience.
• Experience in reconciliation, inventory, or warehouse administration.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily 3-way matching of supplier invoices against POs, GRNs, returns, and supporting documents.
• Verify quantities, prices, item references, receiving status, and documentation before closing transactions.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, quantity, receiving, return, duplicate, and documentation discrepancies.
