Job summary

KRAIV is seeking a Head Waiter to oversee the dining floor and lead the waitstaff in its Jeddah location. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate service while coordinating seating, reservations, and guest inquiries.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and guest relation skills.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and service flow.
• Clear, courteous communication with guests and team members.
• Experience supervising waitstaff and coordinating service timing.
• Ability to train and coach staff on service standards.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Professionalism, reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Lead dining floor operations and supervise waitstaff to ensure timely service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth order flow and service timing.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues professionally.
• Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene guidelines.
• Assist with menu explanations and recommendations to guests.
