Qualifications

• Proven experience as Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to train and supervise junior staff.
• Fluent in Arabic; knowledge of English preferred.
• Egyptian national currently residing in Jeddah.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare pastries, desserts, and other baked goods per recipes.
• Oversee kitchen operations for pastry quality.
• Manage pastry inventory and supplies.
• Train and supervise junior pastry staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in pastry section.
• Develop new menu items with culinary team.
• Ensure timely delivery for events.
• Monitor food costs and wastage, maintain budget guidelines.
