Job summary

TransitPro Solutions in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to craft delicious pastries and desserts for our guests. You will create new recipes, bake a variety of items, and ensure top quality and presentation.

You will lead pastry production, maintain inventory, train junior staff, and collaborate with the kitchen team for events, while adhering to food safety and cleanliness standards. Fluent English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong baking knowledge and creative dessert development.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high standards for presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (preferred).

Pastry Chef - Jeddah

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Jeddah. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop new pastry recipes, ensuring quality and consistency
• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to established recipes
• Decorate pastries using various techniques such as piping, glazing, frosting, and garnishing
• Ensure all food products are prepared in a timely manner and meet the highest quality standards
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry production
• Train and supervise junior pastry staff members
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dessert menus for special events or occasions
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
• Creative flair with the ability to develop new dessert ideas
