Job summary

Riyadh Air seeks a senior Observability/SRE leader to own end-to-end visibility and reliability across a complex digital landscape. You will design and maintain a highly reliable global SaaS integration platform, partnering with engineering to embed observability into products and services.

You will bring 5+ years in Observability and SRE, with hands-on expertise in Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Datadog, shaping standards and driving proactive issue prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Observability and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Datadog.
• Knowledge of metrics, logs, traces correlation and mobile/web observability.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise-wide observability standards across multi-cloud environments.
• Lead proactive issue detection, automated resolution, and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed observability insights into product enhancements.
