Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a hands-on Lead Observability/SRE to own end-to-end visibility, reliability, and performance across a complex digital landscape. You will shape monitoring across mobile apps, cloud services and third-party integrations, driving proactive issue prevention and data-led decisions.

You will establish enterprise-wide observability standards, mentor engineering teams, and lead automation initiatives to ensure high availability and resilient connectivity within multi-cloud

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in Observability and Site reliability engineering across enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Datadog, etc.
Knowledge of metrics, logs, traces correlation and mobile/web observability.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end visibility, reliability, and performance across a complex digital landscape.
Define and drive enterprise-wide observability standards and automation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed observability insights into product enhancements.
Design, build and maintain a highly reliable global SaaS integration platform across multi-cloud environments.
