Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer based in Saudi Arabia. You will own reliability end to end, work across cloud infrastructure, observability, incident response, and capacity planning to ensure high availability and performance for production systems.

You will define SLIs/SLOs, improve monitoring, and use production data to prevent incidents, while building tooling to reduce operational toil and improve deployment safety.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in SRE or production engineering.
• Hands-on with defining and operating against SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Strong cloud fundamentals with Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability of production systems end to end with instrumentation and targets.
• Define and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for key services.
• Lead high-severity incident response and postmortems.
• Design secure, resilient, cost-efficient infrastructure with failure-mode focus.
• Build automation and developer tooling to reduce operational toil.
