Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years direct experience in mattress manufacturing or bedding/textile production.
- Proficiency with Odoo ERP or similar manufacturing software.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu knowledge is valued for daily communications.
- Residence in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily mattress manufacturing workflows including quilting, foam cutting, and final inspection lines.
- Maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and routing in the ERP system; audit material variances.
- Identify bottlenecks and apply lean principles to improve OEE and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance to troubleshoot equipment and minimize downtime.
- Ensure foam, fiber, and spring components meet blueprints and premium standards.
- Assign daily tasks to technicians and line operators to meet shift targets.
