Applicants should have 3+ years in IT project management, strong PM methodology knowledge, and proven leadership. Deal with risks and drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience in banking/fintech.
• Experience on accounting platforms and API projects such as Open Banking.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across all levels.
• Proficient in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and proven team management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, adhering to scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, tracking milestones and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving conflicts with effective contingency plans.
• Foster collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
