Job summary

The role requires PMP certification, Saudi banking sector experience, and transferable iqama.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Transferable Iqama is required.
• Experience in Saudi Banking Sector and SAMA-regulated environments is essential.
• Strong IT Infrastructure Project Management background.
• Regulatory and Compliance Management experience is required.
• Arabic speaker or Saudi national preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and IT operations projects.
• Oversee hardware, software, network, cloud, and security solutions deployment.
• Ensure objectives are met within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive ITSM enhancements and alignment with ITIL practices.
• Manage data center, network, server, storage, cloud, and security initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors; provide governance and reporting.
