Job summary

HitekNOFAL in Riyadh is seeking an IT Project Co-ordinator for a banking client. The role centers on coordinating IT projects, PMO support, and governance across teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

You will prepare reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and management presentations, using MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Excel. A 4–16 year track record in banking IT projects and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business Admin or related field.
• 3-6 years in IT Project Coordination, PMO, or PM Support.
• Banking/financial services domain experience mandatory.
• Knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance, and methodologies.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and presentations.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across teams.
• PM certifications (PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2) advantageous.
• Exposure to banking IT projects, digital banking, core banking systems or regulatory initiatives.
