Job summary

Tarabut, a regulated open banking platform, seeks a seasoned Project Manager to run bank programmes in Saudi Arabia from Jeddah. You will manage multiple programmes, own client relationships, and collaborate with product and commercial teams to accelerate time-to-market with tier-1 banks across the region.

You’ll report to the Chief Strategy Officer and travel regularly to Riyadh and Bahrain, coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving delivery cadence in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Six years in project or programme management, with at least four years delivering with banks in Saudi Arabia.
• Senior client relationships and growing accounts beyond plan.
• Hands-on, proactive leadership to move stalled workstreams.
• Ability to align internal and client teams with cadence that works.
• Understand core systems, APIs and integration well enough to test estimates.
• Arabic is a must; fluent English is strongly preferred.
• Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan for each programme: milestones, dependencies, decisions and risks.
• Own the relationship: be the first point of contact for the bank.
• Run weekly cadences with bank counterparties and document actions.
• Dive into detail when issues arise and drive resolution.
• Spot expansion inside live programmes for follow-on work.
• Manage go-live milestones with our compliance team and approvals.
• Surface risk early and present actionable options.
