Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks an experienced Lead Field Engineer - Electrical to oversee all electrical supervision on a major Riyadh development project. You will ensure installations, testing, commissioning, and handover meet designs, standards, and contractual obligations while coordinating with Resident Engineer, MEP teams, and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in large-scale buildings, and a deep understanding of electrical systems and global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Project Management is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer, PMP, or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in electrical engineering and construction supervision.
• Minimum 7 years in a lead electrical supervision role on major building projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all electrical site engineering and inspection activities.
• Review and monitor electrical construction works for compliance with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate electrical engineers, inspectors, and consultants.
• Review electrical shop drawings, submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Monitor installation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and ELV.
• Witness FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities; ensure QA/QC for electrical systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and inspectors.
