Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) seeks a Drilling Supervisor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to oversee surface and underground drilling for exploration projects. You will manage contractor performance and internal crews to deliver high-quality geological data while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the Drilling Manager and requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and the ability to coordinate with remote sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related technical field is required.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in drilling operations with at least three years in a supervisory capacity.
• Fluency in English for technical reporting; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee surface and underground drilling operations to meet exploration plan specs.
• Manage contractor performance and internal crews to deliver high-quality data.
• Enforce permit-to-work and lockout/tagout procedures and conduct safety inspections.
