Job summary

You will oversee day‑to‑day activities, supervise crew performance and ensure adherence to well‑control practices and company safety standards. The role requires 8 years in drilling operations and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity on rigs, plus a High School Technical Degree in Drilling Technology and valid Well Control

Qualifications

• 8 years' experience in drilling operations.
• 2+ years in supervisory role on drilling rigs as an ARS or above.
• Experience overseeing and optimizing drilling operations; strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rig management and operations.
• Supervise personnel and development.
• Support HSE and quality assurance programs.
• Act as Rig Superintendent when designated.
