Red Sea Sports RSSE, a dedicated subsidiary of Red Sea Global, oversees dive-related operations across the Red Sea destination. The Head Technician ensures equipment readiness, safety, and reliable performance for guests and staff at the dive center.

Responsibilities include leading inspections, servicing, and repairs, coordinating with managers and suppliers, and maintaining accurate records and inventory to support premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Recognized dive equipment servicing certification such as PADI Equipment Specialist or PSI-PCI Visual Cylinder Inspector.
• Certified or qualified cylinder technician with knowledge of inspection, testing and maintenance.
• Experience in servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing dive equipment and compressors.
• Strong experience in equipment management, inventory control and maintenance recordkeeping.
• Good knowledge of diving health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

Responsabilités

• Report to the Manager – Dive Operation and ensure all equipment is safe and operating as intended.
• Lead day-to-day technical management of diving equipment including inspection, testing, servicing, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Support planning of equipment requirements for current and future dive center assets.
• Provide technical support to other dive center locations to maintain equipment standards.
• Maintain high equipment operating standards with safety as the priority.
