Job summary

BÖWE MENA is seeking a Senior Design and Pre-Construction Project Manager in Riyadh to lead design development, multidisciplinary coordination, and tender preparation for a major tower development.

You will drive design quality, programme alignment, and timely decisions, coordinating with clients, consultants, BIM teams, and cost specialists to deliver coordinated tender packages and approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design development for high-rise towers and mixed-use developments.
• Ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams and documentation.
• Proven record in tender preparation and programme control.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development through coordinated tender package issuance.
• Establish coordination structures, protocols, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, BIM and cost teams.
• Maintain design programme, deliverables, milestones and lookahead plans.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and agree recovery actions.
• Chair meetings, issue minutes with owners and deadlines.
• Maintain registers for actions, decisions, RFIs, interfaces, changes, risks, issues.
• Lead workshops to resolve design conflicts and constructability concerns.
• Oversee BIM coordination and clash resolution within the common data environment.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code provisions and project standards.
