Job summary

National Association of Women in Construction seeks a Project Head in Riyadh to lead high-rise and complex vertical construction projects from design through handover.

The role requires 20+ years in project management, proven leadership, and strong contractual and QA/QC knowledge. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities in a dynamic environment and drive safety and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in civil engineering or higher required.
• 20+ years in project management of high-rise towers including planning through handover.
• KSA-Riyadh experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-rise and mixed-use developments.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Develop procurement strategy and manage tendering processes.
• Oversee site activities and ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor contractor performance and cost variations.
• Coach team to improve skills and productivity.
