Are you ready to lead corporate sales delivery across a major entity portfolio and build high-value account growth in the Kingdom? This role is central to turning signed corporate agreements into measurable production across a large entity base. It combines hands-on account leadership with team supervision to ensure smooth activation, strong account performance, and sustained commercial growth. A core part of the role is leading the rollout of signed agreements across more than one hundred entities, sequencing activation by volume, readiness, and Travel Management Company handling model. The position also oversees portfolio allocation, target setting, and implementation quality across the corporate account team. Working closely with Travel Management Companies and internal commercial teams, this role ensures fares are filed correctly against each entity’s Org ID and bundles display accurately before go-live. It also drives resolution of content, booking, and ticketing issues to support a seamless customer experience. With responsibility for major corporate growth, the role focuses on building and converting a pipeline of large accounts across key sectors in Saudi Arabia. This includes leading negotiations, contracting, renewals, and performance management while tracking production, market share, and contract compliance. In addition, the position supports the evolution of corporate onboarding by working with pricing, distribution, and sales systems teams to reduce manual effort and progress the corporate platform. You will also represent us at customer events, corporate travel forums, and industry meetings across the Kingdom. This is a high-impact leadership role where your commercial judgment, customer influence, and team leadership will shape how our corporate business grows and performs.
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in an airline, Travel Management Company, or corporate travel environment, including at least 3 years in corporate sales. You will bring proven experience leading a small sales team, managing a corporate account portfolio in Saudi Arabia, and working with corporate fare filing, Org ID structures, bundles, ancillary products, NDC distribution, and Travel Management Company servicing models, supported by strong negotiation, presentation, account planning, reporting, and coaching capability.
