Job summary

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. in Dammam is looking for a Technical Services and Support Manager to lead the Technical Service Support team, coach staff and ensure safe, efficient coating operations for Performance Coatings.

You will oversee technical response, claims handling, training and development while aligning with global guidelines, reporting to the Protect ive & Marine Segment Director. The role requires 7+ years in technical service and sales support, a Bachelor’s degree and AMPP/Nace Level 3

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
7+ years of relevant experience in Technical Service & Sales Support.
AMPP/ Nace Level 3 certification.
Proven leadership, strategic thinking and techno-commercial acumen.
Fluency in English—both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Ensure technical integrity of how Performance Coatings products are sold and applied.
Manage technical part of complaint processes with timely conclusions and feedback.
Drive learning from complaints through reviews, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Transfer knowledge through training on local and global processes within Marine and Protective coatings.
Lead and develop the team, ensure staffing and competence, support R&D with trials.
Maintain service policies, procedures and budget plans aligned with strategy.
