Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or related technical field.
• Holds NACE/AMPP or SSPC certifications at Inspector or Coatings Specialist level.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial or marine coating application and supervision.
• Deep understanding of coating systems, surface preparation methods, and application techniques.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of coating application processes ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and implement detailed coating project plans including scheduling resource allocation and budget management.
• Manage and mentor coating crews providing technical guidance and fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Conduct rigorous quality control inspections identifying and rectifying coating defects or non-conformities.
