Job summary

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. in Dammam is seeking a Technical Sales Support Manager to lead the Technical Service Support department and coach staff, ensuring safe and efficient coating operations for Performance Coatings in the local unit.

The role reports to the Protective & Marine Segment Director and collaborates with global guidelines. The position requires a strong technical background, 7+ years in technical service and sales support, AMPP/Nace Level 3 certification, and excellent English

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
7+ years of experience in Technical Service & Sales Support.
Certifications: AMPP/ Nace Level 3.
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and techno-commercial acumen.
Fluency in English – both verbal and written.
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Ensure technical integrity of how Performance Coatings products and systems are sold and applied.
Manage technical replies to questions related to coatings, specs, guarantees, and applications.
Oversee complaints processes with timely conclusions and customer feedback.
Lead knowledge transfer through training to local staff.
Support R&D through trial applications and field testing.
Develop and implement service policies, budgets, and local business plans.
