Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a Lead - Boeing 787 Production to oversee the build, quality, and readiness of its growing 787 fleet.

Based in Charleston, South Carolina, you will be the central liaison between Riyadh Air, Boeing, and key stakeholders, ensuring safety, performance, and on-time delivery.

You will manage schedules, inspections, and FAA/GACA compliance while driving continuous improvement and a strong culture of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with 2–5 years in aircraft production, assembly, or delivery, ideally on the Boeing 787 program.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and aircraft quality standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with OEM production processes; collaboration with Boeing or widebody manufacturers is a plus.
• Hands-on 787 Final Assembly/Flight Line experience, plus Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee build, quality, and readiness of Riyadh Air’s Dreamliner fleet.
• Coordinate production oversight, monitor progress, resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Ensure FAA and GACA compliance; drive continuous improvement.
• Manage production schedules and inspections; ensure on-time delivery.
