Job summary

Riyadh Air seeks a programme leader to own the equipment and experiences defining life on board. You will lead end-to-end BFE supplier management, drive performance, development, certification and on-time delivery.

As the Riyadh Air lead, you'll align OEMs, suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery to specification, budget and aircraft on-dock date, with extensive travel as required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering or relevant discipline (or Business).
• 10+ years across aircraft programmes, fleet planning, EIS or technical roles.
• Proven track record leading BFE programs with supplier focal responsibility.
• Experience with seating and monument certification under EASA/FAA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of BFE suppliers and products.
• Align OEMs, BFE suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure product delivery to specification, budget and aircraft on-dock date.
• Travel at short notice as needed.
