Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a Lead - Boeing 787 Production to oversee the build, quality, and readiness of its growing 787 fleet.

Based in Charleston, South Carolina, you will be the central liaison between Riyadh Air, Boeing, and key stakeholders, ensuring safety, performance, and on-time delivery.

You will manage schedules, inspections, and FAA/GACA compliance while driving continuous improvement and a strong culture of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with 2–5 years in aircraft production, assembly, or delivery, ideally on the Boeing 787 program.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and aircraft quality standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with OEM production processes; collaboration with Boeing or widebody manufacturers is a plus.
• Hands-on 787 Final Assembly/Flight Line experience, plus Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is ideal.

You will coordinate production oversight, monitor progress, resolve technical and operational challenges, and guarantee aircraft are delivered on time and to specification.

You can expect to manage production schedules, oversee inspections, ensure compliance with FAA and GACA requirements, and drive continuous improvement in alignment with Riyadh Air’s world-class quality and safety standards. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring seamless entry-into-service and maintaining our commitment to operational excellence.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 2 - 5 years of progressive experience in aircraft production, assembly, or delivery, ideally on the Boeing 787 program. You will bring a solid understanding of regulatory compliance and aircraft quality standards, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and manage stakeholders in a fast-paced production environment.

Experience with OEM production processes and direct collaboration with Boeing or other widebody manufacturers would be advantageous.
