Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive safety, airworthiness and cabin configuration for the fleet. You will own technical standards, review directives and certificates, and collaborate with OEMs and regulators to ensure reliability and presentation of cabin systems.

You will lead a multinational team of specialists, develop cost‑benefit modification cases, and contribute to 24/7 operations support while shaping the airline's premium cabin standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• This role requires a CAMO/airworthiness background within commercial aviation.
• Experience with cabin interiors, seats, galleys and cabin systems is essential.
• Proven capability to lead multi-national engineering teams and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Own technical standards for cabin furnishings and payload systems across the fleet.
• Review airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and STCs; manage configurations.
• Collaborate with OEMs, regulators, and internal teams to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Mentor a Cabin and Payloads Systems team and drive continuous improvement.
