Job summary

Nestlé in Medina is seeking a skilled Chemistry Analyst to perform chemical, micro and physical analyses of raw materials through finished products in line with QMS specifications. You will implement the QMS plan and support data for product release, train operators, and manage documentation.

The role involves handling reports, preparing receiving checks, and promptly reporting deviations with corrective actions to ensure quality across all materials and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry or a relevant major.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, micro and physical analyses on incoming raw materials, in-process materials and finished products per QMS specifications.
• Implement the QMS plan and ensure compliance in daily operations.
• Assist the quality head with data requirements for product release procedures.
• Train operators and technicians in basic analyses and testing relevant to their work area.
• Handle all paperwork such as reports and documentation.
• Prepare receiving checks and reports according to specifications.
• Report abnormalities via quality deviation notifications and initiate corrective actions.

Main Purpose of Job :

Responsible for perform all the necessary chemical , Micro and physical analysis from raw material to finish good as per QMS specification

Key Outputs:

• To perform all the necessary chemical , Micro and physical analysis of incoming raw material which include raw water, plastic resin colorant and all other material in the list of sensitive material as per QMS specification
• Ensure to implement the QMS plan
• To assigns to give assistance to the quality head on the entire necessary data requirement for the release procedure of the product
• Perform training of operators and other technicians in performing simple analyses and tests related to their working area (as needed)
• Handling all paper works such as Reports
• Prepare check receiving reports according to the accurate specs.
• Reporting of abnormalities via notification of quality deviations and take immediate corrections

Key Requirements:

• Bachelore degree in Chemistry or relevant major.
• proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
