Responsibilities

• Record and send results after approval from lab management.
• Receive, label, prepare and analyze samples (ready-to-eat food, raw material, water).
• Design and execute laboratory testing according to standard procedures & ISO 17025 requirement, observe results.
• Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject hypotheses using refined scientific methods.
• Organize and store all chemical substances, media and glassware according to safety instructions.
• Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly and maintain a clean environment.
• Prepare Hygiene Complaints investigation Reports.

He or she will also participate in the R&D aspects of the job.
