Catrion in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Laboratory Analyst responsible for chemical testing of raw materials, ingredients, and final food products to ensure safety standards.

You will perform GC-MS, IC, and HPLC analyses, record data, maintain equipment, and uphold strict safety and ISO 17025 procedures.

This role emphasizes accurate documentation, problem identification, and collaboration with lab management to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

Job Summery:

Responsible for Chemical testing of raw material, ingredients and final food products to ensure that food products satisfy safety regulations. Identify any health or quality control issues that need to be corrected. performs various research and experiments.

Job Description:

• Perform laboratory tests.
• Knowledgeable of food chemical analysis such as GC-MS, IC, HPLC.
• Carry out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses.
• Record, and sent the results after approved from lab management.
• Receive, label, Prepare and analysis samples.
• Design and execute laboratory testing according to standard procedures & ISO 17025 requirement, make observations.
• Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods.
• Organize and store all chemicals substances, Standard and glass ware according to safety instructions.
• Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility.
• Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines are always followed strictly and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
