Qualifications

• Experience with IPQC sampling and standard testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical and physical analysis on IPQC samples per approved specifications & Method of Analysis.
• Prepare chemical reagents, preparation, and standardization of volumetric solutions.
• Perform calibration of instruments as per the calibration program.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and Good Laboratory Practice.
• Follow the Good Documentation Practices and ALCOA principles while testing and reporting results.

Job Title:

Senior Chemist - IPQC

Purpose of the Job:

Responsible FOR testing of Water and In-process samples as per approved specifications and Method of Analysis.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct chemical and physical analysis on IPQC samples (water from Water Treatment Unit, Rinse water, Bulk Solution, Filling line samples) as per approved specifications & Method of Analysis.
• Prepare chemical reagents, preparation, and standardization of volumetric solutions.
• Perform calibration of instruments as per the calibration program.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and Good Laboratory Practice.
• Follow the Good Documentation Practices and ALCOA principles while testing and reporting results.
