Job summary

Arbete Careers is recruiting for a Workstation Support role in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will create and maintain standardized workstation images, provide advanced technical support, and resolve complex issues across Windows environments.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, and certifications such as MCSE. Familiarity with SCCM and cloud-based management tools like Intune is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and security.
• Experience with workstation imaging tools, such as SCCM or similar.
• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Certification in Windows operating systems, such as MCSE or similar.
• Experience with cloud-based workstation management technologies, such as Microsoft Intune or similar will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain standardized workstation images with the latest software, security patches, and configurations.
• Provide advanced technical support for workstation-related issues and escalate when needed.
• Investigate and resolve workstation issues using diagnostic tools and tactics.
• Analyze and optimize workstation performance for efficiency and reliability.
• Manage and update workstation drivers to ensure compatibility.
• Deploy and manage agents on workstations for proper configuration and operation.
• Configure and maintain workstation security settings per organizational policies.
• Apply security patches and upgrades to Windows OS to keep workstations up to date.
