Job summary

ClearGrid is looking for a digital collections specialist to own lifecycle marketing journeys in KSA. You will build content, define segmentation, and run experiments to optimize borrower engagement across email and SMS.

You will collaborate with Analytics, AI Ops, Product, and Operations to refine journeys and ensure measurable outcomes. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with a Saudi market writing focus. This is an office-based role in Riyadh.

Qualifications

4–6 years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or digital collections with hands-on ownership of live customer communications.
Experience building journeys inside a campaign or lifecycle platform with segmentation and triggers.
Fluent in Arabic and English, able to write borrower-facing content in Saudi dialect.

Responsibilities

Own email and SMS journeys end-to-end: design, build, and optimize segmentation, cadence, and channel sequencing.
Create, test, and refine borrower-facing content for Saudi market across channels.
Develop deep segmentation using borrower attributes and delinquency data to tailor journeys.
Lead A/B testing culture: plan experiments, sizes, and interpret results to inform design.
Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and cost per connection while balancing engagement.
