Job summary

Al Faris Group is seeking an experienced Saudi National HR Manager to lead HR operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will drive workforce planning, recruitment, and lifecycle management while ensuring strict compliance with KSA labour laws and company policies.

You will oversee Saudization initiatives, employee engagement, and development programs, partnering with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience in HR operations within KSA and industrial sectors.
• Experience in manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations across KSA business operations.
• Drive recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with KSA labour laws, regulations, and policies.
• Manage Saudization programs and workforce localization initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with objectives.
• Support HR digital transformation, HRMS implementation, and process improvements.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR reporting.
• Maintain HR records, compliance documentation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
