Job summary

Al Faris Group is seeking a Saudi National HR Manager to lead and strengthen HR operations across the Kingdom. The role drives HR strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and strict regulatory compliance to support growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, an MBA or HR certification preferred, and 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within KSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership-level responsibilities.
• Strong experience managing HR operations within KSA.
• Experience in industrial services, heavy equipment, construction, logistics, or related sectors preferred.
• Strong exposure to workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations across KSA business operations.
• Drive recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with KSA labour laws, government regulations, and company policies.
• Manage Saudization programs and workforce localization initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development programs.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Support HR digital transformation, HRMS implementation, and process improvements.
• Oversee compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR reporting.
• Maintain HR records, compliance documentation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and workforce management.
• In-depth knowledge of KSA Labour Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, and Saudization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR policies.
• Experience with HRMS/ERP systems and HR reporting.
• Ability to manage large and multicultural workforce environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial and operational environment.
