BIC World, a global FMCG leader, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Shavers, Lighters & Stationery in the KSA market. You will develop strategic plans, manage distributor relationships, and execute plans to boost sales and profitability in line with local regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in BD/sales within FMCG and strong English/Arabic skills, with a track record in market development and a strategic, data-driven mindset.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• Experience in FMCG/consumer goods.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
• Identify, onboard, and manage distributor relationships to expand market coverage.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans with distributors to promote products and increase availability.
