Balazs in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Basin Manager for the KSA East Coast to own the commercial strategy and end-to-end portfolio for industrial, refining and petrochemical customers.

You will lead contract lifecycle, pricing mechanisms, revenue protection, and working capital initiatives while aligning with Operations, Finance, Legal and Business Development. This on-site role demands strong leadership and deep sector experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• An MBA or Master’s degree is desirable.
• Minimum of 6–10 years of progressive experience in B2B commercial management and complex industrial sales.
• Proven background in industrial gases, petrochemicals, energy, refining, or heavy industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial performance for the KSA East Coast basin portfolio with profitability focus.
• Lead contract lifecycle management, including negotiations, amendments, renewals, and settlements.
• Drive pricing mechanisms, indexation, and revenue assurance to prevent leakage.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal and Business Development on governance and risk.
