Job summary

FAAC Technologies, world leader in access automation, parking systems and access control, is seeking a Business Development Executive for our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia office. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and maintaining business opportunities in KSA, expanding market presence and driving revenue growth.

You will build strong relationships with clients, consultants and partners; manage the sales cycle, document activities in CRM, and ensure policy and regulatory compliance while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of BD/sales experience in tech, industrial, or access solutions sectors.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and industry trends.
• Proactive, results-driven and adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent written communication and proposal skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in KSA through market research, networking, and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and industry partners.
• Improve current sales workflow and bring innovative ideas to BD efforts.
• Initiate the sales cycle from lead generation and assist the sales team in finalizing deals.
• Document BD activities and market insights using CRM tools and reporting structures.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, QA procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and sales opportunities with concurrent deadlines.
• Identify and assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support strategic plans by contributing to market expansion, revenue growth, and brand positioning in KSA.
